Solution Engineer

Your mission

As a Solution Engineer, you will be the pivotal technical liaison between our customers and engineering team:

Acting as a technical account manager during proof of concepts in enterprise sales, ensuring customer needs are understood and met with precision.
Crafting tailored solutions for customer’s data and tooling integration challenges, ensuring their requirements are fulfilled.
Problem solving for the optimal solution based on the customer’s description of the issue, consulting engineering and filling gaps with duct tape.

Your profile

We’re looking for an engineer who:

Is deeply customer-oriented, with the ability to wear the hat of an account manager, understanding and advocating for customer needs.
Has a strong foundation in Windows and Linux environments, especially from a security perspective.
Is comfortable navigating cloud environments, particularly Azure and AWS.
Is proficient in Shell and Python, enabling them to script and automate processes effectively.
